Heidi Kennedy
Born and raised in Calgary, Heidi is deeply passionate about education, mental health, and—above all—numbers.
She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary and went on to complete her Master’s in Mathematics through the University of Waterloo, a true reflection of her love for learning and analytical thinking. With over 15 years of experience as a professional educator, Heidi has worked extensively with students with learning disabilities such as anxiety, ADHD, and dyslexia.
Heidi is dedicated to fostering lifelong learning by equipping both students and educators with the personalized tools they need to reach their academic and personal goals. Known for her sense of humor and ability to connect, she builds strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and fellow educators—making every learning experience feel both supportive and engaging.

Eryn
Eryn brings a wealth of experience to Insight, having taught students from preschool through Grade 12. While she enjoys supporting learners across all subject areas, her greatest joy comes from helping students develop a genuine love for reading and writing.
Originally from British Columbia, Eryn holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education. She relocated to Calgary with her family in 2014 and has since worked extensively with students of diverse learning needs.
In addition to her commitment to education, Eryn is a passionate advocate for mental health and neurodiverse learners. A lifelong reader and chai tea enthusiast, she also has a deep love for chocolate and the outdoors. On weekends, you’ll likely find her exploring the trails of Kananaskis with her husband and two wonderful children.
Stephanie M
Born and raised in Calgary, Stephanie is passionate about supporting students on their journey to success. With a background as a competitive gymnastics coach, she brings energy, discipline, and encouragement to her teaching practice.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Mount Royal University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary. Currently teaching middle school humanities, Stephanie is dedicated to helping students build effective strategies for success across all subjects.

Stephanie creates learning environments where students feel empowered and engaged. When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll find her enjoying Calgary’s outdoor spaces with her husband, two young children, and two dogs—fueled by her love for coffee and sunshine.
Paul B
Paul brings a wealth of experience and a calm, encouraging presence to students at Insight Academics. Specializing in junior high and high school math, Paul helps students build confidence, master foundational concepts, and overcome math anxiety. His personalized approach ensures that every student can succeed, no matter where they’re starting from.
